The TLC Bistro offers a cozy, casual dining experience that is perfect for an afternoon snack or a Sunday morning cup of coffee or tea. Often used as a gathering place for residents, the Bistro has a variety of small bites and beverages that can be consumed either in the bistro itself or to-go in our residential units.
